At Blue Sky Cafe, we blend community spirit with vibrant, wholesome wraps and salads that bring fresh flavors and friendly service to your day. Our mission is to create a welcoming space where every meal feels like a colorful celebration of local favorites and genuine care.

Steve & Val Leeson purchased the Blue Sky Cafe in January 2024.

After many years in hospitality and Customer Service this was a natural step for both of us and also a great opportunity for us and our two kids to be even more involved in our local community. Val, originally from Brazil, had already been part of the Blue Sky Cafe story having worked for 6yrs (front of house). Previously Val managed a hotel reservation team in Miami and also ran a successful Bed and Breakfast business back in Brazil. Val knows the Cafe business inside out & has a great eye for detail. Steve originally from England has been involved in Luxury Yacht sales, Branding/ marketing and customer service for 37yrs. Our two kids Marino and Gabby are both actively involved in the Cafe so it is a true family business. We can't wait for you to come by and get a taste of what the locals have already found!! Great Food in a fun relaxed environment.

The Blue Sky Story and Vision

The history of the cafe... Mark and Juianna Pletcher with their Daughter Maya started the original Blue Sky Cafe in 2002. Based on the simple principals which still continue now; To create a local, family- friendly spot where friends and neighbors could gather and enjoy great food, made with love and served with a smile. Using the best & freshest ingredients is a big part. A great Staff with smiling customer service. An unrelenting love for food and sharing our delicious, one of a kind creations with you.
