Well established, locally owned family restaurant seeks a PART or FULL TIME, hourly position as a LINE COOK with a minimum of two years related experience or training. Shifts & hours will vary; working some Saturdays are required The ideal candidate must be able to keep up with various levels of volume and still maintain the high level of food quality we expect. Compensation: going rate + for experience and quality work. Qualifications include the following:
• Show up for work in appropriate clothing, when scheduled, on time and ready to work
• Must be able to take initiative and be able to work independently; self motivated
• Understand and practice safe food handling, properly storing and rotating fresh products daily, and kitchen cleanliness
• Be able to communicate effectively with our wait staff
We are looking for a FRONT COUNTER / CASHIER for lunchtime who is polite, professional, and fast on their feet. You must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, happily serve guests needs and thrive in a fast paced work environment. Restaurant experience is preferred. We require from our team: working weekends, common sense, ability to follow directions, friendly, smiling faces, and the skills necessary to work as a successful team member. Thursday & Friday: 11 am-9 pm
