Trio Salad Plate
I am blown away at how fresh and absolutely delicious every single item on this plate was! The pesto pasta salad was dressed perfectly, not too much pesto but just enough to coat the pasta. Incredible flavor! The hummus was insanely good, and so packed with flavor. And last but certainly not least, the pecan dill chicken salad...hands down the best chicken salad I've ever had. The fresh dill gave such a unique twist and the pecans give texture that I didn't even know I needed. I'm in love!!

Blue Sky Salad
Celebrated my birthday at this casual local restaurant with a big family dinner last weekend. I love the Blue Sky salad (especially the pita bread that comes with it) and their big menu guarantees that there's truly something for everyone there! We all celebrated with Reese dark chocolate and peanut butter pie for dessert! Yum!

My husband had the Bacon Swiss Mushroom Burger and I had the Black Bean Wrap. Both of these were prepared to perfection. Blue Sky does an exceptional job of adjusting orders to the customer's preferences. We love Blue Sky!
